Black and White Playback in PowerDVD XP 4.0

Has anyone else had this problem, where the playback is in black and white, not color? I seem to remember having had the same thing crop up in version 3.0 and changing a setting somewhere to restore color playback, but I can't remember where it was. Frame grabs save as color images, but the playback is devoid of color.
