Black and white crashing in level 5 any fixes?

I am having trouble in black and white in level 5 with my machine crashing just as I take over the village under the protective stones anyone know a workaround ?
 
a patch is coming out soon.
it was supposed to be out last week, but like all companies should do, they arnt releasing it until it goes through QA... and that means a couple more weeks.

ive never had any real problems w/B&W however, i havnt gotten to lvl5 either. 😉
 
It was due today, probably fall back again. I just want to get this last village I have had enough of a weedy little creature

"Ok, We are currently testing and putting the final touches to the developer patch. We're also making sure that it is future proof for further patches.
This patch will definitely be released by the end of this week."

I hate when they promise something then push it back. I've been waiting awhile for this patch.
