The BK™ Ultimate Breakfast Platter lives up to its name with scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, sizzling sausage, a warm, flaky biscuit, and three fluffy pancakes with syrup. Anything less, and it wouldn't deserve to be called the "ultimate".

Now I'd love 2 of those things together, hell even eggs + sausage + pancakes would make a nice breakfast. But that's too many carbs, even for me. If I ate that for breakfast I'd have to take a nap 2 hours later. With that said depending on how much this costs I might be trying it tomorrow :D

Here's how unhealthy it is for you.

1310 calories
26g sat. fat
455 mg cholesterol
41g sugar
134g carbs
72g fat
1g trans fat
32g protein
2490mg sodium

God bless America...

I always thought fast food holes did the best job of providing nutritional information of most restaurants. It's kinda ironic that they also have the worst menus on the planet for nutrition. I guess that's the food service take on tech companies who have a customer service department so they can say they have a customer service department.

Is that any worse than going to IHOP and getting one of their pancake meals?

What I use to get at IHOP had pancakes, eggs & bacon or sausage. I think the including of hash browns + a biscuit in addition to pancakes makes it worse for you. BK could at least have tossed in a strip of bacon here, it's not like it isn't already horrible for you.

Trust me, you can get all of that in a single platter at IHOP. I was just there yesterday. :)

Actually, maybe they don't include the biscuit. Can't remember for sure.

You'll also need some butter for the biscuit or it'll be dry and not enjoyable to eat. Also doesn't look like it even includes some butter for the Pancakes. Who the hell eats Pancakes without butter?

Looks delightfully disgusting. Bet its no worse than other breakfasts, especially those served at high end places.

I will often have the McDonald's breakfast platter but I throw out the biscuit and eat the eggs and sausage, 1/2 the hashbrown or so. It's plenty for me when I don't want a breakfast sandwich.

I will be trying this out tomorrow to see how it compares. I won't be eating the pancakes or biscuit.

I wonder if this whole Jersey Shore abs fad thing is going to make people start eating healthier.
