Can anyone tell a difference with Wendy's "new" spicy chicken sandwhich? They have been advertising it as "new" and "crispier" on TV, but I have yet to see it. If anything, it has gone down in quality.

no way. i was rather disappointed with BK's spicy chicken. Wendy still holds the crown when it comes to spicy chicken and fries
