Ryzen 5780, Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II, ASRock Intel ARC A380 Challenger ITX 6GB OC GDDR6 96-bit.
Card ran fine with Windows 10, and Windows 11 UNTIL I did the Windows 11 update 24H2. Then all hell broke loose. I get a warning light on the board
saying graphics card problem. It will not even display a board bios screen during boot up. I installed an old Nvidia GT 1030 card, and it works fine.
I'm left with the assumption that somehow a Windows 11 update altered the board firmware since it will not display anything at startup when it is outside of Windows. I did not do a bios update.
I did install a BRAND NEW A380 card, and same thing. Motherboard shows a graphics problem, and no output
This dude here is having similar problems....
"Dear technical support team,
I am writing to seek help regarding an issue with my A380 graphics card. The driver version of my graphics card is WHQL 32.0.101.6078.
After updating my operating system to Windows 11 24H2, my monitor experiences intermittent black - screen issues. I have tried several troubleshooting methods to resolve this problem. I have reinstalled the Windows operating system and also used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove the graphics card driver and then reinstalled it. However, the problem still persists.
I am at a loss as to how to solve this problem. I hope that you can provide some suggestions or solutions to help me fix this issue"
