Bizarre Minesweeper problem

Since I saw a freecell problem, I want to post my Minesweeper problem. You know in minesweeper you can click both buttons at the same time to clear the remaining areas around a flagged out square right? Well on my computer when I click with both buttons it doesn't happen, or even notice that I click on both buttons or there is serious delay issues..
I recently reinstalled my OS and it was working fine before the reinstall... is it a mouse problem? I am using a logitech mouse and just installed the mouseware.. but the mouse driver is whatever Win2k detected.
