Biulding a new HTPC

I have a HTPP based on a Gigabyte 780 chipset board. It works great. Now for my real project for my Theater room.

I am looking into the 890 chipset. Either of the 3 following boards:
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
MSI 890GXM-G65
Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H

I want to know what other thing of these boards and if you were to take on this project which of these would you go with and why.

Any input and other suggestions you have let me know.

If you're not going to be installing an add-in video card, or not installing something like the Xonar or whatever it's called that adds HDMI 8 channel audio, then you'd not want to use 890GX (or any AMD chipset).

Since AMD failed to basically bring anything worthwhile to 890GX that 790GX and a cheap add-in card doesn't support, you have either that 790GX/785G option + add-in card, or, an Intel platform.

890GX = 795GX = AMD Failure.

785G is still the best value HTPC platform you can get. you'll have to build a second machine based around that.
