Bittorrent with RSS and Selective Downloading

I run 2 bittorrent clients.

1. Azureus because it has an RSS plug-in that auto-downloads based on filters.

and

2. Bitcomet because it allows selective downloading. If a torrent has 300mb but I just need a 1mb file out of the whole folder that's being torrented, I don't have to download the whole thing.

Is there a client that maybe has both features so I don't have to keep running 2 clients?

azureus has selective downloading. just right click on the files you don't want to download and set the priority to "do not download".

Yep. If you're downloading a folder of files, just double click on it and go to the Files tab. Then you can choose which not to download.
