There's something about having all your warez deleted that gives you the picture that you're doing something wrong.

So what exactly did you do the first time? If you haven't turn them in, do it. If you had, do it again.

First time it was around 10 downloaders. I deleted about 1TB of data. Each one was stupid. I forgot about it. I didn't want to have to document 10 people. I have no problem documenting 1, especially since 4 out of 5 files were american movies, and one was a hindi movie.

This time I left all the files there, as they can log in themselves and document what they have, as well as getting their lab priveledges taken away (I can only assume this), as well as a big warning sign to the people he talks to who have done this before, and those who plan on it in the future. Now if they were all down here sitting at the computers and downloading, I wouldn't give a crap...but they do it in the middle of the night...and leave the computers running.

Not to mention that I could email someone something threatening and it looks like it comes from them too!

Firstly, I wouldn't confront them myself, I'd let management and the ResNet guys contact them. What they are doing constitutes "getting around bandwidth restrictions" and would get them cut off for a few days at the minimum.

Me...confront people with a poor grasp of the English language....telling them not to do something....hearing incomprehensible English as a response...well let's just say that would really irritate me.

Just what you want. Turn them in, so either the administration or an outside governing body can come in and restrict computer use even MORE!
Mabey if you make an outside body aware like the RIAA or MPAA, they will come in and TAKE the computers then FINE your school.
That would be excellent right? I mean, that way they arn't hogging the computers!

Turn em in! They might've thought whoever deleted their data was by accident or just didn't take it seriously. Idiots always have to learn the hard way.
