bittorrent crashing

sorry i wasnt getting any reply's in technical support so i moved it here.

well, basically everytime I open bittorrent it crashes. I go to download it just closes it like instantly idk what the problems is i googled around for a little didnt find anything. does anyone else have this problem?
 
I don't use it, but usually an uninstall/reinstall will fix these problems.
If you've already tried that, then you have some sort of software conflict going on, and the best way to fix that is a reformat.
 
I am using bitlord fine right now, but I like just the normal bittorrent that is the one I was using everytime i opened it just auto exits.
 
firewall/anti-virus (turn off to see)
or one of XP services is disabled, not allowing listening port to open

bitcomet .56 is friendly, tho they are up to .59
