Bittorent/uTorrent seeding question

I have one torrent file that I am seeding on two different private trackers A and B.
Both trackers count what I upload to other peers for purposes of upload stats.

Since I am seeding the same file on both trackers..will my upload count get reported to both trackers? Or will it only count the uploads to peers that were given to me by a particular tracker? What if the same peer is on both trackers? What happens then?

You normally have a different .torrent file for each tracker. The stats get reported that way.

yeah i load both torrent files, but utorrent says 'hey it's the same files' and merges them so in utorrent it looks like 1 torrent w/ two trackers on it...

if you go to the torrent sites, do both of them show you as seeding that file?

i'd assume you'd have to run two instances
but if they are both updating stats i'd be surprised, i thought it was linked to a single .torrent file.
