If you mean me, no, of course not. I assumed he meant the files he downloaded via bittorrent.

You have to first download the WMP file using a Bit Torrent client. There's many clients out there.

I use µTorrent at the moment: http://www.utorrent.com/download.php. You can of course use the official BT client from http://www.bittorrent.com too, or the popular Azureus client: http://www.azureus.com

After you've installed the BT client of your choice then double click on the saved .torrent file and, if the associations are working, then the WMP file shoud start downloading.
