Bitboys have announced three products based on the "Acceleon" graphics processor, targeted towards handheld/mobile market.
I'm guessing Bitboys may find it difficult to gain much headway in said market, the upper end Acceleon line seem to be generally weaker then PowerVR's competing MBX core in terms of 3D performance/feature set. PowerVR also has quite a head start into the market and a fairly respectable list of licensees.
Power consumption would be a huge factor though, and depending upon that Bitboys be be able to hold their own.
ATi's Imageon graphics chips would likely be their main competition in the low end, I don't know enough about the Imageon to knowledgeably comment on how they compare.
