Bit Torrent question about seeding

I'm using the actual bit torrent program. Are all the complete files on the top pane the files that I'm seeding? And is there a way for me to move the location of files I'm seeding, but still seed?

And for anyone that asks why I just use plain ole bit torrent, its because it works fine for me. I dont need super uber downloads or functions.

depends, some programs like utorrent let u retarget file locations for seeding or whatever. course u can just restart the torrent and save where u put the finished file..
