Bit Defender Antivirus

Has anybody here used the 2010 version of Bit Defender Antivirus? I'm using the 2009 version on my XP Pro 32 bit system and have for 2 years and it works great but the 2009 version is longer available. I want to upgrade to the 2010 on my XP system and put the 2010 version on my new Win 7 64 bit system but I'm concerned about what I've read. I don't mind paying for virus and malware protection and prefer an all inclusive program so most of the freebee programs aren't in the running. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
