Bison Burger

mb

Lifer
I was at Food Lion last night with my roommate picking out some steaks. He pointed out that they have Bison Burgers there and that he heard that someone who got one from a restaurant really liked it, so I figured I can probably cook my own even better.

8oz later I am now very fully and quite satisfied! The bison burger was goooood!

Anyone else try one? If not, you should!

According to the package, there's 10g fat and 180 calories in one 4oz serving (4 servings per container) and 23g protein and 20% Iron.

I have a hard time to belive it has 20% Iron.
How do you keep it fresh? WD-40?

Many years ago, one of our major supermarkets featured beefalo. It was only about a nickel a pound more than beef and was delicious.

I wonder what happened to those animals? I know -- Google.

Oh god.. as much as I liked the burger.. I don't think it's liking me very much 🙁 Or maybe it's just that I was already sick and just ate too much period..
