No. If written correctly such a bill gives preferential treatment to having a mother AND father. The basic environment ANY child would be born into.

Unless a lesbian couple has artificial insemination, which is common.

Face it, it's discrimination, no matter how you slice it.

Homo couples can't have children...

Which is why they should be able to adopt. They didn't have a choice. God made them gay and denied them the opportunity for kids, thus they should be able to raise children that go unwanted. A m/f couple who can't reproduce have clearly received a message from god that they'd be awful parents and he's protecting lil babies from their inept clutches.
