she was on it, then got very upset when she gained 10+lbs and couldn't work it off... she's short 5'2.. and that 10lb made a huge difference.. I told her it didnt bother me.. but she said she didnt like it at all

I guess it depends on the girl and the medicine. My fiance has been taking a pill for the past year or so and has not gained any noticable weight. Granted she goes to the gym three times a week and eats healthy 😉

I think its different for different women. My fiance said she gained a ton of weight while on the shot, but the pill she didn't. I guess when she discontinued the shot she lost the weight.

I don't know much about the patch, she says she wants to try it but I don't see any reason to switch from a BC method that works and doesn't have any serious side effects to one that might.
