Hey guys i have a question again, hopefully you guys can help me out.

I'm not born in the U.S but i'm a Citizen. The problem is that my birth certificate is about to fall apart completely. Does anyone know how can i go about of getting a new one & in english LOL? Mine's all in Vietnamese and it's pointless. I just wanted a new birth certificate and have it in english. Does anyone know what i need to do?

The answer is so simple. You must climb back into your mother's womb and make a home there for 9 months, then come out once again and it will be replaced. DUH.

whats the point of having a birth certificate nowadays? I mean, they can't deny u were born 😉. Also, can't you just use your passport as proof of who u say u r?

I suggest you go to your County Recorder's Office. That is where they keep birth certificate records, find out from them what you need to do to obtain an up to date version.
