how do i get this crap off? unfortunately, it's been there for a few weeks. i took off the more solid parts, but now i have this white hazy rough area. when i pour water on this area, the white hazy area disappears, but if i run my fingers across the surface, i can feel the roughness of the pooped on area vs. the smoothness of the non-pooped area. any ideas?
 
Regular bird poop is bad enough. Seagull poop is awful!! Really the only thing I know that will work is to buff out that spot with polishing compound, hopefully it will blend in for you.
