(daughter)'s boyfriend just got his driving permit. He and his mom had dropped (daughter) off at our house and he was driving home. They live in a small community about 15 minutes away and they were driving down a rather dark two lane road when his mom told him to put on his brights... so he did. After a short distance, they met an oncoming car and his mom instructed him to "flip them off". A bit confused, (boyfriend) says "what?" and she repeats "flip them off... flip them off." (boyfriend) says "but why mom"? She replies "because I said so... flip them off". Confused, (boyfriend) slowly raises his hand and as the other car approaches... he gives them the finger.
