Biostar Tpower I45 - Can't power up from keyboard or mouse click

Does anyone else have this issue with a Biostar Tpower I45. I enabled the settings in the Bios to power on the MB from either a keystroke or mouse click.

However neither of these features powers up the MB. I've tried a range of KB's, Mice and PSUs.

Has anyone been able to get this feature to work. Am I missing some other BIOS setting that's needed?

Sounds like your power settings in the BIOS....Also check if HID devices have 'disable to wake up PC disable' (or something like that ) in device manager....
