Biostar TP55: where is my uncore multiplier??

So I was informed of the changes in the Lynnfield's vtt limits, and went on ahead with overclocking my CPU further. It is doing 4ghz now temps fluctuating between 75c and 80c.

Passed one hour of OCCT fine, should go back and do some more testing in a bit.

As I was doing all this, I noticed my mobo does not have uncore multiplier setting in the BIOS. Checked the manual too and found nothing there. Do some of the cheaper P55 boards lack this feature to begin with, or am I not looking hard enough?

Before someone says anything about my poor choice in motherboards, let me tell you the mobo was from a Fry's combo deal with killer pricing, I didn't really have any alternative there.
