Biostar TH67+ RAM 1600 (O.C), how to?

I'm currently running an Intel G530 CPU and CORSAIR XMS3 16GB DDR3 1600 RAM on a Biostar TH67+ v6.1 motherboard. Does anyone know how I can OC the RAM to 1600 or is that not possible while running with this CPU?

Does the CPU limit me to only 1333? The manual and site say ram can be oc'd to 1600.
