Biostar TH55B HD wont Post if PCI-E card have VGA out

This board is great if you don't use PCI-E card with VGA out. I said this because I have 3 video cards and I have tested with latest bios.

Motherboard + Onboard video = good
Motherboard + GTS 250 (dual DVI) = works great
MB + 4350 (DVI, VGA, HDMI) = no display, MB show VGA error, BIOS NB PGE/PCI, PGE,IGD, PCI/PGE settings are all no go, still no display.
MB + 5770 (DVI, VGA, HDMI) = no display, MB show VGA error, BIOS NB PGE/PCI, PGE,IGD, PCI/PGE settings are all no go, still no display.

If I have anything other than a video card with no VGA out, MB will throw error. I've reset bios, reflashed to previous version and no settings will allow me to use my newly bought 5770.

I've found other users that have similar issue on other forums/review sites but I don't think any of them connect it back to their PCI-E card have VGA out. I think it either have to have some special combination settings in the BIOS that I don't know about or they need to update their bios to fix this issue.

Returning is not possible unless you mean RMA. I already submit a ticket with them with this issue, gonna see if they actually get back with me.
