Biostar Tforce550 X2 overclockers, help!!

I have a x2 3800+ currently operating with the automate overclock V8 mode which makes it 2.4GHZ. I have never gotten it to boot that fast with manual settings, not even 2.3GHZ which tells me I am doing something wrong...

Could someone go through all the settings in their bios with me real quick and give me an idea of what I should shoot for? But really just list the settings that are critical to change and the settings that would take the ram out of the equation etc would really help!

I have standard generic DDR667, I was hoping for at least 2.6-2.8GHZ since that seems to be very common.

did you up the voltage? it's like the first manual option in the overclocking section in the bios. the default should be like 1.35 or something around there.
