I just got this motherboard (Biostar TForce 965PT), and am having difficulties installing the stock Intel cooler. Is it normal for this board to be flexing a little bit towards the top? All of the push pins of the Intel cooler are pushed down as far as they can go. As far I can tell the HSF is installed properly. Is this normal and can I operate the computer like this, or should I get another HSF with a proper backplate?

The board should be flexed from all four heatsink push pins and forming a slight outward bulge in the bottom of the board directly under where the heatsink is located. The flexing is normal and should not affect the board. The foxconn 775 board I used in a build a couple of years ago is still running fine and it was flexing too when I installed it.
