Biostar TForce 965PT and RAID

Hey guys, is it possible at all to do SATA RAID with a TForce 965PT (not deluxe model)? Would flashing the bios with the Deluxe's work? Or is the chipset itself different? If all else fails, I can get a PCI Raid card. Would this be faster than a single disk on the integrated controller? Or would the PCI bus cap the throughput of the Raid 0?
