I'm trying to overclock this thing and have had pretty good success, (2.8Ghz from a Brisbane 4400+ on stock cooler 1.4V). What I want to know is about memory dividers as I think its holding me back. The memory table just lists to run in compatibility mode for DDR2 533, 667, or 800. Since I run 667 memory, i decided to keep it there.

Now I dont know much about DDR2 memory, so I'm trying to understand this. The memory is just standard DDR2 667 Corsair Value select memory. In CPU-Z it says its running at 400.7Mhz, with timings of 5-5-5-15. Is this right? What is DDR2 667 supposed to run at? And is there any place in the BIOS to do this other than running just compatibility mode? I dont think I could even adjust the timings if I wanted to.

Thanks in advance for the help.

So if 333Mhz is the standard of 667 and I'm running it at 400Mhz.. hm.. perhaps its a bit much on it at stock volts? But my memory hasn't shown to be weak according to memtest.. huh.. good memory? 😀
