Ok, I have changed cases, power supplies, memory, and video cards. No sounds, no nothing. The closest I have been to getting it to boot, has been when I changed the video card from a Geforce4 to a Geforce2, and when I slid the card in the AGP slot it booted, and I heard one beep. The mobo is a M7VIG 400 combo with a Sempron 2200 already installed. I have configured the jumpers for a FSB frequency of 166mhz. I am using 512mb of DDR333 Rosewill brand, and have switched it out with another brand with the same results. I have also used washers with no luck. Please help. Thanks.

Leo.

Just looked at the skimpy online manual pdf for this board, and didn't see anything about a jumper for the front side bus.

Nevertheless, unless you made a typo and meant to say you set it for "266" vs. "166", either way you would be off, as the correct FSB for this Semperon is 333 (although that is 2x 166, of course)

So, set it for 333 FSB and give it a go.
