biostar p965 ocing help

when i try to raise the FSB speed on my biostar p965 it resets the oc and settings are lost. theres two jumpers, one of witch resets the cmos if you move it to 2-3 its in 1-2 right now, idk what the other one does. help is appriciated, thanks.
 
well i flashed the bios, it lets me take the fsb to 233, i stability tested it, then took it to 266 and the bios resets itself to 200. this sucks.
 
ok i have a BIOSTAR TForce965PT and a core 2 duoe 4300, at first it did not let me raise the fsb at all. i flashed the bios with a newer version hoping that would help. i have OCZ Platinum DDR2 800 , a 7950gt, a roswill 500w psu that i need to return because that is a bad brand i hear.
