There was a hot deal awhile back for the Biostar P4M800-M7A 7.0 + Celeron 3GHz combo at Microcenter for like $40 after MiR. I picked up a couple of them. Later, when I tried to upgrade the CPU to a Pentium-D 805, I had all kinds of stability issues, rebooting, blah blah. Checked Biostar's site, and their CPU support was vague at best on a lot of CPUs. So today I happen to take a look, and they've update the bios to support all the C2D procs, including the Q6600!
So I updated the bios, popped in an E4400, and the board is purring like a kitten. Went from a board that was completely wonked to something completely upgradable from a CPU standpoint. Pretty damned cool
