I've got a M7VKB board with a Duron700 CPU that keeps randomly locking up. Using Via Hardware monitor, it said the CPU was at 111 F. Thats not hot at all, but I thought that might have been the problem and so I added a little bit more thermal compound to the heatsink/die. That lowered the temp to around 108 F max, usually around 95 F or so. Still, the computer locks up randomly. It locks up when you click on something, like to open explorer. It ALWAYS locks up 2 second after a DVD starts to play. I think it might have to do with the ATI All In Wonder 128 card that I'm using? It hasn't locked up at all under Q3 or any 3d game, just 2d windows.

If anyone can contribute ANYTHING, please do. I usually use an Asus or an Abit mboard and never have problems, but this Biostar is getting to me. Any insight on Biostar products? Thanks guys...
