Biostar M7VIP KT333 Mainboard boot-up problem

Question here:

I just assambled a new computer with Biostar VIP KT333 mainboard, Athlon XP 1700+ Thoroughbred A, Spectec PC2100 128 MB DDR RAM. But when I push a "Power-On" button it won't boot. Only I press "Reset" button it boots without a problem.

Any ideas what could be wrong? Or what should I change? I tried to change BIOS - didn't help.

check your connections from the case switches to the mobo..
