Biostar M7NCG-400 and ASUS A7V8X-MX

I'm looking to put together a budget Micro-ATX system. I'm looking at the Biostar M7NCG-400 and the Asus A7V8X-MX. I'm going to use a XP2500+ CPU. Eventually I will put a good graphics card in. I will be used for school work, surfing the net and some light gaming. Any advice?

I'd get the Biostar because it fully supports overclocking and officially has 400fsb support.
