BIOSTAR M7NCD PRO problem

Hey guys, just put my new motherboard in. Using an old duron 1.3 and 2 sticks of 256. Now the Ram is in the right slot and when I start up it seems to post find. Although it skips through the post screen, going past the biostar startup right to where Windows would load up except I get a weird error. The jest of the error is...

Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Then it goes on to talk about please remove any new hardrives or hard drive controlers. This is all in the blue screen of death form.

If you need more info on the error i'll run back and copy it out. After the computer restarts it goes to a screen asking if i wanna run safemode/prompt/network or start with last known good config or start it normally. Any option leads to the blue screen.

On a side note what should my multiplier / fsb settings be at for the duron 200 fsb?
