Biostar iDEQ 210V SFF & Athlon XP-Mobile

I just built this computer and I am trying to use a mobile 2400+ but the computer is only showing a multiplier of 6x and as a result only 800mhz CPU speed. I updated the BIOS, is it possible that it just doesnt support mobile CPUs?

Most motherboards don't recognize the Mobile CPU's automatically you have to et the FSB and Multis manually, hiope thats not a problem for u.

I guess the issue is figuring out how to force it to use the right multiplier setting. Any ideas on a KM400A chipset?

THere should be a setting in teh BIOS.

Waht brand is it, i will try to find a new BIOS/Hacked BIOS that will alow you to change multi's if the current one does not.
