Biostar BIOSTAR GF7100P-M7S and E7400 help please

hi, every body im looking for some help , i buyed in fry's electronics a motherboard and a CPU , Biostar BIOSTAR GF7100P-M7S and intel core 2duo E7400 , and give a big problem , whn i joined every pieces , don't give , video signal , and teh CPU Fan was runnig normal, the PSU work good, i tested the CPU in ohter motherboard and it's ok , the RAM too , it's OK, , so i would like to know if some one , know something about , the compatibilities of this product , Thank you or some help for fix this problem
 
What did you see on the screen? Any BIOS beeps? Could be that you connected something wrong or the motherboard is dead.
 
To be sincery , nothing, in the screen , no beep , only the fan of CPu was working , But yesterday i back to Fry's in return the Motherboard, and i choose other motherboard an ASUS , better brand, i paid like a 65 dollars, and WORKing very good, and for surprise to me i could see a lot of motherboard Biostar used with lost components or opened boxes , u_u, for 47 $$.

by now i got a big lesson ,don't buy motherboard used in fry's for save like 5$$ jejej

I need to add , that this motherboard BIOSTAR GF7100P-M7S support specific CPU according to BIOSTAR web page , don't make a mistake like me, always check the compatibility of the CPU - motherboard of the BIOSTAR brand, this is the first time that i got a problem like this.
