Biostar 790GX temperature

Hi all, I'm currently using Biostar TA790GX A3+ and PhenomII X3 720 BE..
I found that at idle, the TMPIN0 shows 60C..

My question is what does this temperature show?
I'm currently using Xigmatek Achilles for my processor cooling..
