Biostar 785GE AM+ network card just crapped out Need recommendations

Going to have to rma this thing, Im sick of this board anyways the ram divider sucks (IE doesnt work) holding back my overclock based on my 800mhz ddr2.

I need a board that supports DDR2, athlon II. Decent overclocking, ESATA would be a plus but not needed. 6 or more USBs. All under $70? Looking to go name brand this time...

I've used a very similar board to satisfaction. (US2H) You should be OK.
