biostar 7050

I am looking to build a new system on budget and like the looks of the biostar 7050 mb.
to go with x2 4400 cpu. this will be a big upgrade to my current system. barton 2500, geforce 5750 setup.
but have limited funds and the amd 690 chipset uses ati 1250.l


so any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
