biostar 210v wont work
I just purchased a 210v from newegg. I installed an old 1600xp, 512mb of ram, and a 40 gb drive sata.
My problem is, the system wont work. I can boot up with no beats, but I get NO signial from the VGA.
I dont know what the cause of this is. I have the CPU jumper fsb set to 133. I reset the CMOS and that didnt change anything. At this stage I am really clueless as to how I can get this thing to work. There are lots of jumpers on board, but I belive I set everything correctly, yet no I cant get a signal. Does anyone have any experience with this, I Really need help.
thanks
