BioStar 210V - Question about Hard Drives

I have this SFF PC:

I want to turn it into a file server (was going to buy a MSI Wind, but sticking a drive in this would be cheaper). It has SATA connectors on the board, but I am not sure if they are 1.5GB/s or 3.0GB/S.

There aren't a ton of 1.5GB/S drives on NewEgg (4, I think) so I am hoping it is the 3.0 type. Is there any way to tell? Will a 3.0 work on a 1.5?

Sometimes you need to put the drive in 1.5 mode, either with a jumper or with a software utility (I've seen both), or older motherboards won't recognise them and hang at power-on-self-test.
