Anyway, glad your enjoying it. Would you kindly post a followup after you've beaten the game?

Would you kindly? 😉

 Good catch!

Won't look at that phrase the same way again...

I found the frost plasmid great against big daddies. Unload four electrobolt shells into them, freeze them, then use the lull to reload. Repeat.

What I like to do is to freeze the Splicers with Frost Plasmid or the freezing attack from the Chemical Launcher, and then use the Telekinesis Plasmid to take their frozen mask off of their own face and throw it back at the frozen statue that they've become to let them shatter in thousand little pieces.

I like to freeze them as they're chasing me, then run up and shoot a trap bolt in the wall right in front of them. The second they unfreeze and finish taking that last step...
"ZAAAAAAAAAP!" 😉

Also I love the Fire plasmid. It's worth using just to hear the sound the women splicers make when burning ..."oww oww oww owww the firee the fire!! aahaha owww!!"

I lol every time.

It's fairly creepy, not something I'd recommend for a kid under 14. However, I in general don't like horror games and I managed to complete it (conversely, I have a hard time playing Resident Evil 4)

There was only one moment that made me 'jump.'

I didn't thought the game was creepy, it has atmosphere and all but its all very cartoonish and you spend more time on the game laughing at the stupidity and death of the splicers rather than their creepiness (and I mean it in a good way).

I jumped ONCE in Medical Pavilion when I hit a switch and there was one of those doctor splicers (really the only semi-creepy splicers) RIGHT in my face, I didn't expect it and I jumped but it wasn't really scary.

I wouldn't classify Bioshock as a horror shooter, at least not on the likes of F.E.A.R. and Doom 3.
