I am running Vista x64, E6600 @ 3.5, 4gb ram, 7900 GT. Everything is up to date. i can play for about 15-20 minutes then it crashes. i can start the game back up and it takes about another 5-10 before it crashes again. its not my overclock. its stable in every other game i play. my cpu, gpu, nb, and v regs are all water cooled. Cpu never goes about 45 C.
Please help i really want to play this game and i cant handle saving ever minute just to avoid playing large section over again. thanks for any help you can give me.

Just because your OC is stable in other games doesn't mean it will be here. Turn it back just to see. Double check the temps on your vid card, not just the cpu. If all else fails, reinstall.

I concur^

Try running it at stock speeds just to make sure. It's not that hard to revert back to your OC.

my video card never goes about 35. i will step back my oc a bit to see if that helps. i know that things can be different app to app but i have done everything i can to test and torture it how its set up i can think of. but i guess its worth a try.

Does it crash on a certain level everytime ? Bioshock crashed for me a lot as well but I finally found the fix after a few days. Shouldn't have to do this for a final version of a game. It wasn't my overclock either because my video card is overclocked and thats what I was beginning to think it was but it wasn't.

Another thing to try is the latest 163.44s drivers, they have Bioshock stability/improvements.
