Bios won't load with Abit KT7-RAID

Hi there. I just got a new system. U should see it in my signature. The problem with my system is it locked up after 30 seconds i booted it. The screen just went blank and no signal going to the monitor. I couldn't set up my bios just in 30 seconds.

I tried using other RAM coz mine is a generic ram - no diff.
Tried using diff VGA card (TNT2) - no diff.
Tried booting system with just VGA, RAM and CPU - no diff.

I do not think it is heat problem coz i got golden orb and a second case fan. By the way, i have a full tower casing with 300W ps. Anyone has any idea what the problem is and how to solve it???
