Hey. I just put together my new computer. Its a DFI mobo and Intel Celeron 466mhz processor (justtemporary) with Maxtor 120bg ultra ata HD. Everything is plugged in and such but when i turn it on to the bios screen it tells me it doesnt see the HD. The HD is plugged into the Primary IDE slot on the mobo but BIOS wont detect it. It comes to a screen that says:

Detecting IDE Primary Master........[press f4 to skip]

Someone please help

If someone really knows what there doing, please im me at ImaxScatman

Thanks alot

Check cables, and try the HDD jumper on "CS" instead of "Master"... or vice versa... I had mine on Master when I upgraded from an older system and it wouldn't see the disc until I switched it to "CS"...
