Bios Will Not Boot

Last night I cleaned and reseated my CPU because I got Artic Silver all over the place. I put it back together, turned it on, booted bios, but everything went black after bios booted. I then checked for cords I forgot to plug in and it worked. I did one final test by updating windows and then playing a game of StarCraft before I shut my computer off. So I woke up this morning and the computer will not boot. All the fans are on but no picture on my monitor, including bios. Any suggestions on how I can figure out the cause of the problem?

The only thing I've tried so far is removing the CMOS battery, unplugging the battery, and reseating my video card.

One thought: Since the i7-3770K has an IGP, remove the discrete graphics card to take it out of the equation. In a similar vein, can you remove some RAM?

Do you have an old-fashioned mobo speaker? If so, the song it sings when you power on might be useful.

Okay, computer works now. Are there any test I can run to make sure everything is working fine? I'm doing Intel burn test right now.

I would give memtest a few hrs to let it go through a dozen passes to make sure there isn't a ram problem. Typically bad ram will produce errors very quickly, so if there are no errors detected, it could have been a bios setting that was tweaked causing trouble.
