Bios Upgrade...?!?!

Guys... please tell me... how the heck do i upgrade my BIOS to YH from WW... but my ME doesn´t have DOS (right?)... so... how do i do this???

Another thing... is it worth the risk?

I´m running 1Ghz@1.1Ghz (10x110, 1.61V HVM) and when i push to 115/118FSB it gives corrupted messages, some from Win some from VMM32.vxd file...??? May YH resolve this???

Is there a program that can help you upgrade your Bios whithout any trouble???

Why doesn´t Abit create some patch to perform like those Gigabyte´s Bios... upgrade from the Net and Windows...

Hey,

I had this problem trying to flash my Asus BIOS. I had a bootdisk but it would still bitch about "protected mode". Just go into Add Remove Programs and create a start up disk, it should boot to DOS (use the basic config) and allow you to use flash.exe etc.

you can also get a basic bootdisk meant just for flashing from bootdisk.com!
