I am having some problems with my system and I want to upgrade my BIOS, I have Abit KT7A-Raid do I need to flash all the Bios release or only the last one.

You only need to flash to the latest one, the latest one contains all the fixes of the previous ones.

Thank you, one more question the RAID option is disabled from the BIOS, I am not using it but I want to upgrade do I need to unable it before flashing or makes no difference.
